when something bad happens to a child, a touches the heart and fiber of society as a whole. It presents and confronts us with a fear that is even bigger than ourselves, for if we fail our children, the most vulnerable beings on earth, who are we then?
Yes, I hear your concern for that young man and also believe that one is innocent until proven guilty.
That is why I am also hoping and praying that this mystery will soon be solved – for the sake of everyone involved and for the sake of society as a whole.

Yep ok, maybe she was snatched or woke up and went to look for her parents ….who knows? BUT WHY DID THE PARENTS LEAVE THE CHILDREN IN THE FIRST PLACE,,,, and no one says anything about that,,,, when we took our children on holiday they were never left unsupervised EVER…………. The parents are initially to blame, it’s such a shame for that little girl

I think the way Robert Murat is being treated is shameful. It may turn out that he is guilty of something but I thought that in the UK a person was judged innocent until proven guilty.
The parents were wrong to leave the children alone. Was the apartment locked or not? I have the impression that it was unlocked.
I do feel sorry for Mr & Mrs McCann but in part because of the guilt they may have to live with for the rest of their lives, as much as the loss of their little girl.
